At ThoughtStorm, we simplify the process of managing complex changes. We are a group of business professionals experienced in managing large scale transformations for both public and private sector clients. Our consultants have managed complex and strategic programs for organizations, which have grown their business and increased profitability.
Arun Punhani is the Vice President of Strategy. Arun plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. He has two decades of IT Delivery, Operations, Developing business strategies, experience in multiple industries and with multinational companies like NCR, HCL, Virtusa. Arun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
Prithipal Dhillon is the Chief Financial Officer at ThoughtStorm and has over 20 years in accounting experience. Prithipal holds CGA (Certified General Accountant) and CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) accounting designations.

Mudit Kumar has 10+ years’ experience in Corporate sales, new business development, and human resource management. His client work is focused on recruiting and mentoring resources and teams on all facets of the cycle- E-sourcing, sorting, screening, networking, cold calling and screening of available IT resources from job portals and resource databases for the project requirements. He is also involved with supporting the team with training and development to bring them to the desired level of performance and is actively engaged in internal audit support, and ensuring all compliance parameters are met.

Gulpreet’s client work is focused on understanding client requirements, supporting proposal development and support client account management activities, such as resource planning and capacity management.
