At ThoughtStorm we like to use a simple and agile approach for undertaking complex initiatives. We work very closely with our clients during the Discover phase to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ business environment.

We explore problems, challenges and opportunities which are then translated into tangible initiatives that the client organization must undertake to achieve its business goals and objectives. This includes a 360-degree analysis of every internal and external variable that influences options, recommendations and implications.

After a thorough discovery, we then develop a Plan that sets out the clear roadmap of what must be accomplished to complete the proposed initiatives. The plan phase requires a multi-faceted approach which considers factors such as capabilities, organizational maturity, resources, priorities, constraints, schedules and quality objectives.

President & CEO

Paul has over 20 years’ experience managing large scale transformation projects for public and Fortune 500 clients. A creative problem-solver, Paul has a strong commitment to business optimization and corporate success. Paul is driven to achieve success for our clients and build trusted relationships. He holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich School of Business.

Mandy Pabla

Founder and VP- Consulting & Delivery

Mandy Pabla is the Founder and Vice President of Consulting & Delivery. Mandy has over 15 years’ experience comprised of managing complex and strategic programs and projects in varying organization structures and industry sectors. Mandy’s client work focuses on IT strategy and transformation, capability development, cost reduction, program & portfolio management, governance, risk and compliance. Mandy holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich School of Business.

Arun Punhani

VP- Strategy & Delivery

Arun has two decades of IT Delivery, Operations, Developing business strategies, experience in multiple industries and with multinational companies like NCR, HCL, Virtusa. As the Vice president of Strategy and Delivery, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry.  Arun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.

Mudit Kumar

Director- Professional Services

Mudit has 10+ years’ experience in Corporate sales, new business development, and human resource management.  His client work is focused on recruiting and mentoring resources and teams on all facets of the cycle- E-sourcing, sorting, screening, networking, cold calling and screening of available IT resources from job portals and resource databases for the project requirements. He also supports training and development of resources to bring them to the desired level of performance.

Rajiv Chaudhuri

Partner, Public Sector

As Partner, Rajiv is responsible for client outreach, engagement & success. Rajiv has 20+ years experience in the Public and Financial Sectors. He is a Senior Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology services industry. He is also a Chartered Public Accountant designation from the ICAEW, UK (Ernst & Whinney) and CICA in Canada (KPMG), positioning him with a unique blend of financial acumen and people orientation that facilitates strong business relationships.

Vinod Hingorani

Senior Bid Manager

Vinod has 15+ years of experience as a senior management professional and has strong IT insights with expertise in the fields of bid management and project management. Vinod has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and industry luminaries. Fred Bamfo

Partner, Health & Life Sciences

As Partner, Fred is responsible for client outreach, engagement & success. He has over 18+ years’ experience in the Biopharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. He is an executive information technology leader with over 30 years of progressive experience across multiple industries. He has demonstrated success in technology strategy, planning, design & execution to achieve business goals in private and public sectors. Proven track record of bringing broad knowledge of business operations and digital innovation trends to deliver best-in-class technology solutions, management consulting and professional services. Excellent leadership skills in building strong collaborative business partnerships. Fred has an MBA from Eastern University and Bachelor of Management Sciences from University of Ottawa.
