ThoughtStorm Inc. (TSI) provides Consulting, Solutions and Services to large and small organizations operating in various industries. In 2003, PCS launched providing consulting solutions to a niche market space.

About ThoughtStorm

With the growing demand for our services, ThoughtStorm was formed in 2012 to cater to a wider variety of clients and industries. In 2017, PCS was merged into ThoughtStorm to better cater to our clients’ requirements.

While many of our clients face similar business and technology challenges, no two businesses are alike. For us every client is unique. We strive to address our clients’ needs with a holistic, all-encompassing, customized approach.

This involves gaining a deep understanding of their business processes, supporting technologies, as well their corporate culture. Having this understanding allows us to embark on an approach to design and implement solutions that are tailored and sustainable for the long term. At ThoughtStorm we like to use a simple and agile approach for undertaking complex initiatives. We work very closely with our clients during the Discover phase to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ business environment.

We explore problems, challenges and opportunities which are then translated into tangible initiatives that the client organization must undertake to achieve its business goals and objectives. This includes a 360-degree analysis of every internal and external variable that influences options, recommendations and implications.

After a thorough discovery, we then develop a Plan that sets out the clear roadmap of what must be accomplished to complete the proposed initiatives. The plan phase requires a multi-faceted approach which considers factors such as capabilities, organizational maturity, resources, priorities, constraints, schedules and quality objectives.




ThoughtStorm then embarks to Deliver the plan as per the agreed upon baseline. A successful delivery depends on the disciplined approach that involves proactive risks and issues management, progress tracking and reporting, responding to internal and external changes, and ensuring decisions are made in a timely fashion. During the deliver phase, we ensure our client organization is ready to receive and operationalize the final solution(s). VP Strategy

Arun Punhani is the Vice President of Strategy. Arun plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. He has two decades of IT Delivery, Operations, Developing business strategies, experience in multiple industries and with multinational companies like NCR, HCL, Virtusa. Arun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.

Prithipal Dhillon is the Chief Financial Officer at ThoughtStorm and has over 20 years in accounting experience. Prithipal holds CGA (Certified General Accountant) and CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) accounting designations.

Qasim has more than 15 years experience as a Developer, Architect and DevOps engineer with expertise in various technologies. Qasim’s client work focuses on defining, implementing and supporting complex information technology architectures, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-wide program initiatives.

Anish Gulati has 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management. His client work is focused on developing and presenting supply chain solutions that capitalize on client opportunities by improving workflows that eliminate operational and process challenges while providing maximum economic benefit. Anish is instrumental in resolving supply chain challenges within large corporations with his logical thinking, strong analytics, and work plan development expertise in order to improve efficiencies and re-focus client personnel on operational cost reduction and revenue generation activities.

Mudit Kumar

Practice Lead- Professional Services

Mudit Kumar has 10+ years’ experience in Corporate sales, new business development, and human resource management. His client work is focused on recruiting and mentoring resources and teams on all facets of the cycle- E-sourcing, sorting, screening, networking, cold calling and screening of available IT resources from job portals and resource databases for the project requirements. He is also involved with supporting the team with training and development to bring them to the desired level of performance and is actively engaged in internal audit support, and ensuring all compliance parameters are met.

John has over 30 years of experience deploying and integrating technology into Global Businesses and has executed over 150 projects. Jon’s primary focus is on consulting, training and software development in the emerging tech space, including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Blockchain.

Gulpreet supports the Sales and Delivery teams with the planning, management and delivery of client work. Gulpreet’s client work is focused on understanding client requirements, supporting proposal development and support client account management activities, such as resource planning and capacity management.
