Responsibilities:
-Conduct quality assurance and usability evaluations for Fable’s customers’ digital products including websites, web apps, mobile apps and software.
-Evaluate digital products according to assistive technology requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
-Conduct periodic automated and usability audits for Fable’s customers’ critical task flows.
-Conduct interviews and user acceptance testing with people with disabilities
-Record problems/defects identified during testing.
-Collaborate with customer’s project managers and developers to scope audit and testing requirements
-Develop and maintain standard templates for testing applications
-Create and execute accessibility test plans and test scenarios
-Communicate the status of testing, including reporting of overall test results.
-After customers resolve the bugs, support with re-testing and validation
-May require to create/maintain automated test scripts.
-Maintain updated resource materials for ongoing accessibility requirements

-Candidates that have credentials like IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or an equivalent will be preferred.
-Highly proficient and knowledgeable with web accessibility, WCAG and/or user research
-Experience with assistive technologies or facilitating testing with assistive technology users
-Skilled in management and execution of audits and test cases
-Strong diagnostic, testing and problem-solving skills
