ThoughtStorm, in partnership with TechMahindra (https://www.techmahindra.com/), will support the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services to deliver  a new Digital Platform Modernization Program.  This Digital initiative will transform the Ministry’s current IT infrastructure that supports three of the Ontario government’s top mission critical systems and implement new digital platform and digital service delivery channels to improve services to Ontarians. ThoughtStorm was the successful vendor from a competitive process and will deliver significant business value though a business and technical “capacity on demand” approach to engage highly skilled digital transformation expertise to this major government initiative. The Ministry will work closely with ThoughtStorm’s depth of expertise in digital transformation, delivery best practices, infrastructure modernization strategies, resource agility as the Ministry strives to modernize its three largest I&IT systems, among others, that support Ontarians daily:

•The Social Assistance Management System (SAMS) to deliver Social Assistance services,

• The Child Protection Information Network (CPIN) system as the consolidated case management system for Ontario’s Children’s Aid Societies that maintain critical information about every child in need of protection, and

• The Family Responsibility Office (FRO) Case Management System (FCMS) to manage and process payments for spousal and child support across Ontario.

ThoughtStorm will provide expertise in core Microsoft Azure Cloud, Oracle Siebel, IBM, Cognos, Informatica, Curam technologies among others and support the Ministry in overall architecture (on-prem & cloud), solution & design, middleware, analytics, and testing among other areas.
